How long does setup take?
7 days for most products, from receiving your documents to going live. For a complex range, we give you a firm timeline once we’ve seen the product.
What do I need to provide?
Whatever you already have: catalogue, drawings or PDFs, photos, colour chart, options and price list. If anything is missing, we’ll ask.
Do I need a developer to embed it?
No. You paste a single line of code (an iframe) into your website, just like a video. It works with WordPress, Wix, Shopify or a custom site.
Can I change my configurator after it goes live?
Yes. Prices, colours, options and defaults can be edited from the dashboard. Bigger changes, we make for you, at no extra cost.
How much does it cost?
Setup is free. Billing starts once you’re live: plans start at €190 a month excl. VAT, with no commitment.
Where is the data hosted?
In Europe, in Paris (France), in line with the GDPR. Your buyers’ requests belong to you.
